Diligence

Proverbs 14:23
In all labor there is profit, but idle chatter leads only to poverty.

Proverbs 12:27
The lazy man does not roast what he took in hunting, but diligence is man's precious possession.

Proverbs 13:4
The soul of a lazy man desires, and has nothing; but the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.

Proverbs 13:11
Wealth gained by dishonesty will diminished, but he who gathers by labor will increase.

Proverbs 14:4
Where no oxen are, the trough is clean; but much increase comes by the strength of an ox.

Proverbs 21:25
The desire of the lazy man kills him, for his hands refuse to labor.

Proverbs 24:33-34
A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest; so shall your poverty come like a prowler, and your need like an armed man.

Proverbs 28:20
A faithful man will abound with blessings, but he who hastens to be rich will not go unpunished.

Proverbs 26:13-16
The lazy man says, "There is a lion in the road! A fierce lion is in the streets!" As a door turns on its hinges, so does the lazy man on his bed. The lazy man buries his hand in the bowl; it wearies him to bring it back to his mouth. The lazy man is wiser in his own eyes than seven men who can answer sensibly.

Proverbs 22:29
Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men.

Proverbs 20:13
Do not love sleep, lest you come to poverty; open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with bread.

Proverbs 10:4-5
He who has a slack hand becomes poor, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. He who gathers in summer is a wise son; he who leeps in harvest is a son who causes shame.

Proverbs 6:9-11
How long will you slumber, o sluggard? when will you rise from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep- So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, and your need like an armed man.

Proverbs 27:23-27
Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, and attend to your herds; for riches are not forever, nor does a crown endure to all generations. When the hay is removed, and the tender grass shows itself, and the herbs of the mountains are gathered in, the lambs will provide your clothing. And the goats the price of a field; You shall have enough goats' milk for your food, for the food of your household, and the nourishment of your maidservants.

Unity and friendship part 2

1Samuel 18:1b
the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul.

1Samuel 18:3
Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul. And Jonathan took off the robe that was on him and gave it to David, with his armor, even to his sword and his bow and his belt.

God has friends for us..... Each one of us will always have friends like Jonathan that God prepared.... Some keys to godly unity and friendship.

1. Chemistry and delight is present.

1Samuel 19:1
Now Saul spoke to Jonathan his son and toi all his servants, that they should kill David; but Jonathan, Saul's son, delighted greatly in David.

Many times in relationship... chemistry and delight is really God ordained.... many have called it a divine connection... where God gives the special chemistry between friends.. where they just enjoy moments to spend together even when there is hardly any important topics...

2. We must protect and speak up for our friends.

1Samuel 19:4
Thus Jonathan spoke well of David to Saul his father, and said to hm, " Let not the king sin against his servant, against David, because he has not sinned against you, and because his works have been very good toward you.

We must learn to speak up for people we love... especially when they are going through ridicle and insult... we must protect them and stand in the gap for them.

3. We must try to fulfill the desires of our friend's heart

1Samuel 20:4
So Jonathan said to David, "Whatever you yourself desire, I will do it for you."

Going the extra mile for our true friend is important in friendships...

4. We must make sure there is a same commitment from that true friend.

1Samuel 20:17
Now Jonathan again caused David to vow, because he loved him; for he loved him as he loved his own soul.

We need to ensure the friend would have the same commitment towards us that we have towards them... for it is commitment that counts at the end... after all the chemistry... it is commitment...

5. We must be there for our true friends in their lowest times.

1Samuel 23:16-18
Then Jonathan, Saul's son arose and went to David in the woods and strengthened his hand in God. And he said to him, "Do not fear, for the hand of Saul my father shall not find you. You shall be king over Israel, and I shall be next to you. Even my father Saul knows that." So the two of them made a covenant before the Lord. And David stayed in the woods, and Jonathan went to his own house.

6. We must stay loyal to our true friends and appreciate them and remember what they did for us.

2Samuel 1:26
I am distressed for you, my brother Jonathan; You have been very pleasant to me; Your love to me was wonderful, surpassing the love of women.

2Samuel 9:1
Now David said, "Is there still anyone who is left of the house of Saul, that I may show him kindness for Jonathan's sake?"

2Samuel 9:3-4
Then the king said: "Is there not still someone of the house of Saul, to whom I may show the kindness of God?" And Ziba said to the king, "There is still a son of Jonathan who is lame in his feet." SO the kind said to him, "Where is he?"

2Samuel 9:6-7
Now when Mephibosheth the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, had prostrated himself. Then David said, "Mephibosheth?" And he answered, "Here is your servant!" So David said to him, "Do not fear, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father's sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your grandfather; and you shall eat bread at my table continually."

2Samuel 9:11b
"As for Mephibosheth," said the king, "he shall eat at my table like one of the king's son.

2Samuel 9:13
So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem, for he ate continually at the king's table. And he was lame in both his feet.

So my friends... lets keep our loyalty to those who are true friends to us.

Amen

Unity and friendship part 1

Psalm 133:1-3
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down the beard, the beard of Aaron, runnign down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing - life forevermore.

God loves unity and friendship... especially true friendships.... to have friends we must learn to be a friend... few keys for unity and friendship...

1. Be kindhearted to your brothers and sisters in Christ.

1Peter 3:8
Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted; be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to theis, that you may inherit a blessing.

We have to be kind and sweet to our brothers and sisters.... appreciate and love them...

2. Appreciate and thank God for their talents and uniqueness.

1Cor 12:4
There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

1Cor 12:18
But now God has set the members, each one of them in the body as He pleased.

3. Being there for them in the difficult times of their life.

Proverbs 17:17
A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

Proverbs 18:24
A man who has friends must himself be friendly, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

Proverbs 27:9
Ointment and perfume delight the heart, and the sweetness of a man's friend gives delight by hearty counsel.

Proverbs 12:26
The righteous should choose his friends carefully, for the way of the wicked leads them astray.

4. Blessings of God and anointing for success in God will be present with those friendships.

Eccl 4:9-10
Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion, but woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

Psalm 133:3b
For there (unity and friendship) the Lord commanded the blessing- life forevermore.

Amen

The art of prayer

Matthew 11:28-30
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

Prayer is not suppose to be hard and difficult... the yoke is easy the burden is light.... prayer may not even need to be loud in most times...

Matthew 6:5-10
And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathens do. For they think they will be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. In this manner, therefore pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Prayer is easy... there is a yoke of prayer that is easy.... in many cases prayer can be your thoughts turning to God... communing to Him in silence...ie "Father, help me...help me...in this situation..." turning your thoughts to Him and giving your cares are all considered prayer to God....

1 Peter 5:7
casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

We don't have to talk differently to God... its like a friendly moment with a friend... Bible says... God knows all things... so whatever we commune with Him.. He already knows... but He wants us to pray for His Will to be done in every situation... cast our cares then pray for His Will be done and maintain a submissive attitude to His leading.... Bible talks about the secret chamber... the secret place... this is where we make love to our spouse... God wants us to go to His secret chamber and make love to God... its a love relationship... that is the art of prayer... Prayer is fun and it is not hard to pray... its talk to a friend who watches over you and knows the number of hair you have on your head... its communication in our hearts and mind toward a God who loves us...

Let God appoint and flow with Him

Psalm 31:14-15b
But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord; I say, "You are my God." My times are in Your hands.

God has a special role for you in the body of Christ... sometimes we tend to not understand when we feel lost and left behind in a crowd and when everyone seems to be progressing and here we are lost and confuse... however God wants to encourage us by telling us that He does the appointing and He knows the perfect moment to use us...

Ephesians 4:11-12
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equiping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.

I just want to encourage you that it is God who appoints your role and your existence and validated your ministry... maybe now people may not understand or you are confuse how you should fight for your place... God wants to assure you that it is He who appoints and at the right time He will provide the way... if God appoints... then I assure you people will know it.... but if we self-appoint we will end up more in a state of unrest and frustration...

Jeremiah 1:5
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations."

So in conclusion, stay in faith and in the rest of God... lean back and follow the peace that surpasses all understanding....do the little things that God's peace leads you.... God always come true at the right moment:)

Rejoice

Acts 15:8-11
So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. Now therefore, who do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.

Religion has a way to bind people and control the masses... Religion steals the joy in our lifes.. so our lifes don't radiate righteousness, peace and joy... the disciples lost their joy cos of the yoke that the religious leaders tried to put on them.... the letter kills but the Spirit gives life... Paul was the defender of faith along with other apostles rose up against the religious leaders and told them that God is not a God that binds... but liberates and restores... and heals... and leads...

Acts 15:24
Since we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying, "You must be circumcised and keep the law"- to whom we gave no such commandment-

God doesn't lead us by troubling our soul with condemnations or with bondage of slavery.. God leads with His peace...

Acts 15:28-29
For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: that you abstain from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well.

Acrs 15:31
When they had read ut, they rejoiced over its encouragement.

God wants to set you free from legalism and bondage of condemnation and slavery and bring you back to righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Empowered by the Spirit

Romans 6:6
knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.

Romans 6:14
For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

Romans 6:17-18
But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.

Romans 8:8-9
So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

As we read the above scripture.... we can identify what Jesus has done for us... He broke the power of sin on the cross... that the body of sin may be done away with... meaning the power of sin is broken... over a believers life... we move from a slave to sin (no power to sin) to a slave of righteousness (power of sin broken over our lifes).... now because we are empowered by the Spirit who lives in us... we can live the Spirit-led life... a life full of righteousness, peace and joy... a life of hope and victory... a life with a balanced pace and purpose...

Romans 8:11
But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

Now because power of sin is broken over us... we can choose the Spirit-led life and reckon ourselves dead to sin and not depend on our own strength but the leading of the Holy Spirit who gives life and life abundantly... thats why christianity is not a set of rules and regimes that steals our joy and life.... thats why now we can reckon ourselves that dead to sin because of what Jesus did.. the power of sin is broken over our lifes... its much easier to live the holy life now because of what Jesus did to break the power of sin and by depending on the Holy Spirit.... we are not to live holy by a set of rules and systems....

Romans 6:4
Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ raised from the dead by glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. (abundant life of God)

Now because of the newness of life... and the Holy Spirit in us and what Jesus did to break the power of sin... it is easier to live the holy life in respect for God... thats why the yoke is easy the burden is light... christianity is suppose to be living in the great and awesome promise of God..

Romans 6:10-14
For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey in its lust. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

Confidence

Galatians 3:13-14
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us ( for it is writtien, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree") that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus , that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Confidence is very important in our daily life.... Scripture says we need to walk by faith each day which is walking in confidence.... one way to walk in confidence is walk through life knowing that we are blessed because of Jesus... and we can be led by the Holy Spirit to walk in the fullness of the Holy Spirit.... We are blessed in our comingin, blessed in our going out, bless in our emotion, our health, family, we are favored by GOd, we are above and not beneath, we go over and not under... Hallelujah....Let us therefore be led by the Holy Spirit...

2 Corinthians 10:17
But "he who glories, let him glory in the Lord." For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom the Lord commends.

Jeremiah 9:23-24
Thus says the Lord: "Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom. Let not the mighty man glory in his might, nor let the rich man glory in his riches; but let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in there I delight," says the Lord.

when you are going through a major loss

Psalm 41:9
Even my own familiar friend whom I trusted, who ate my bread, has lifted up his heel against me.

There are many kinds of losses that has impact on us... one of the deeper ones is the rejection or betrayal of a friend.... It is often true that we will only know our true friends in crisis...

Proverbs17:17
A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

In life, we would only have at most 3-4 closest brothers and not more than 20 deep relationships but many acquaintances... that is not wrong but normal.... the pain of betrayal is a deep one... Jesus went through betrayal.... in His darkest moments... one of His twelve whom He sowed His life to... betrayed Him with a kiss... Judas.... we are only considered a true friend when we stick it out with another in their dark times...

Proverbs 18:24
A man who has friends must himself be friendly, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

I want to encourage you by saying that God has friends for you and He wants you to love them and appreciate them and be there for them....never use people to benefit yourself... A brother is born when the need is at its greatest... when you go through a crisis or an attack, God wants to give you a person who understands you without compromising with you. A false friend will simply agree with you and never tell you whats wrong. A true friend says, " This was wrong, but I will stand together with you". A true friend lifts you uo; he does not tear you down. The love of a friend is constant and survives in all circumstances. If you want to have such friends, I want to encourage you to be a friend... and such friends will come into your life as you dedicate yourself to be a friend....

God will establish your steps in time

Psalm 27:13
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

Psalm 40:1-2
I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me, and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps.

In life there will be times we hit a horrible pit situation.... this is when the enemy launches all his attacks to our mind and emotion.... in this situation... we must hold fast our confession and keep believing in faith in a good God.... To overcome losing heart we must believe in His love and mercy and His goodness.... believing in faith breaks the power of depression.... even in dark days we must carry the shield of faith to believe in His goodness... we must even take another step to pray and praise Him.... as we continue to do that... God will incline to us and would bring us out of the horrible pit... and set our feet which is our steps upon Jesus and God will establish our ways... today I wan to encourage you to pray this " Dear God, I commit my situation to you... the horrible pit that I am in... Lord I want to trust in Your lovingkindness and goodness in this situation... bring me out of this horrible pit and establish my steps.... take me from this winter and bring me to my spring... I trust You that You are faithful and no temptation has overtaken me exept such that is common to men.... heal me and deliver me... praise You and thank You that no weopon form against me shall prosper... all things work together for good to those who love you... i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.... yet in all these things I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me.... hallelujah...."

Treating people with brotherly love

Romans 12:9-21
Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice, and week with those who weep. Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, "Vengeance is Min, I will repay," says the Lord. Therefore " If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

God has love us so much... and has deposit this agape love in our hearts... this love of God in us... helps us be patient in trial... helps us do good to those who attack us.... lets continue to let this love of God flow through us and in brotherly love take care and love one another.

True promotion comes from God

Psalm 31:14-15a
But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord; I say, "You are my God." My times are in Your hand.

Psalm 75:6-7
For exaltation comes neither from the east nor from the west nor from the south. But God is the Judge; He puts down one, and exalts another.

In life we are always tempted to elevate ourselves or lift ourselves up before others.... however all these type of self-exaltation and self promotion can't be compared with the true promotion that comes from God... Everything in life is a blessing from God... we must always remember that we can always trust the Lord and not ourselves... Self-promotion only ends up in defeat... But if we can wait for the true promotion that comes from God... that is really the real deal...

Daniel 4:28-29
All this came upon King Nebuchadnezzar. At the end of the twelve months he was walking about the royal palace of Babylon. The king spoke, saying, "Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for a royal dwelling by my mighy power and for the honor of my majesty?"

Daniel 4:33
That very hour the word was fulfilled concerning Nebuchadnezzar; he was driven from men and ate grass like oxen; his body was wet with the dew of heaven till his hair had grown like eagles feathers and his nails like birds' claw.

Daniel 4:37
Now I, Nebuchadnezzar prasie and extol and honor the king of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.

In life... we must be careful how we conduct ourselves.... we must always give thanks to God... Creator of all things who has richly blessed us... we must never think that what we achieve in life is apart from God... cos this wld constitute pride and He puts down those who walk in pride... To walk in humility... we must walk in the fear of God... and try our best to live before Him and wait for His timing and exaltation....

Daniel 4:34
And at the end of time I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted my eyes to heaven, and my understanding returned to me; and I blessed th eMost High and praised and honored Him who lives forever: for His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom is from generation to generation.

Daniel 4:36
At the same time my reason returned to me, and for the glory of my kingdom, my honor and splendor returned to me. My counselors and nobles resorted to me, I was restored to my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added to me.

Just want to encourage you to depend on GOd... and believe in Him for HIs timing... do not go the path of self-promotion or self-exaltation... for that wld not bring in the glory of God... wait on Him and trust in HIm... Humble yourself in the sight of God and in due season He may exalt you... cheers

Do not fret

Psalm 37:7-8
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret- it only causes harm.

Sometimes in life we go thru grieve and pain... some of the pain is the pain of betrayal or rejection from friends.... The closer the friendship the more hurt it can cause.... whatever situation you are in... God knows the real situation.... sometimes the wicked prosper... this means God wants us to wait patiently for Him to intervene... sometimes in our setback we are tempted to fret... "to fret" means "to despair with anger and frustration"... God said in His bible to tell us "Do not fret- it only causes harm." Today whatever you are going through... God is saying the same thing... to wait patiently for His intervention and to give up the anger and wrath and frustration... and to wait patiently... God loves you and understands your grieve and pain... He will give you your deliverance at the right time....

Psalm 37:34-39
Wait on the Lord, and keep His way, and He shall exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off, you shall see it. I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a native green tree. Yet he passed away, and behold, he was no more; indeed I sought him, but he could not be found. Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; for the future of that man is peace. But the transgressors shall be destroyed together; the future of the wicked shall be cut off. But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; He is their strength in the time of trouble.

Today, let God be God and lets depend on Him... lets allow Him to intervene and not ourselves... Lets trust Him... Just like King David.. who allow God to be God and not fight for himself.. and let God fight for him....Lets allow God to take control and let us release control and wait for Him...

God's presence

Psalm 27:3-6
Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident. One thing I have desired of the Lord, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; in the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock. And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord.

In daily ordinary life... there will always be difficulties and challenges... David said when challenges or war come against him, in this he will be confident... His confident is in his God... we as christians must remember to always seek Him... David's confidence grew from his time spent with God.... "to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in His temple.." God's presence is very beautiful to behold.... and in His presence we can inquire about life's difficulties and questions... revelation knowledge flows from that presence.... God's presence is a great place to hide when we feel the overwhelming stress and fears.... at the right time God will lift up your head above all the challenges and enemies.... keep singing and praising Him in His presence... for your head shall be lifted up above all your enemies around you..

God is still able:)

Psalm 105:17-22
He sent a man before them- Joseph- who was sold as a slave. They hurt his feet with fetters, he was laid in irons. Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of the Lord tested him. The king sent and released him, The ruler of the people let him go free. He made him lord of his house, And ruler of all his possessions, To bind his princes at his pleasure, and teach his elders wisdom.

Joseph went through alot of injustice and fiery trial and difficulties.... Bible says that "they hurt his feet with fetters, he was laid in irons...." as we continue to pursue the one we love... Jesus... He wld allow us to go thru trials for our faith to be more genuine.... yet in these trials He promised to never leave us nor forsake us....

Hebrew 13:5
Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."

Trials is a no joke matter... sometimes so pain and confusing that it grieves the life out of us.... makes us cry out to God and depend on Him more.... I juz wan to encourage anyone who is reading this blog that God understands and He knows the trial you are going thru.... He wants to assure you of His love and His mercy and grace towards you even right now.... Bibles says that

Hebrews 4:15-16
For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

The word sympathize is the word to "understand"..... God understands your pain.... and grieve...

1Peter 1:6-9
In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith- the salvation of your souls.

I want to encourage you by saying that GOd understands the pain and He may not set it up but He allows it.... and after the trial... juz like Joseph.... you will be closer to Him and there will be an elevation and lifting up by God..... Joseph was being lifted up to a position of prime minister by God himself... God always love to pay back double for all your trouble....Joseph was elevated by God and not by men.... He did not fight for power nor was greedy... but stayed humble all the way and God elevated Joseph... so I wan to encourage you to keep staying humble before God and wait on Him... He will at the right time deliver you and lift you up:)

1Peter 5:6
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Your due time is coming:) God is able... Like joseph... to bring you out of the pit... out of the miry clay and establish your steps... lets stay close and humble before God...
