In a day so many things can happen... our mind usually get into the mode of worrying and analyzing... while thinking is impt... GOd has a better way to relieve our burden and stress and confusion.... it is thru coming to HIm and pouring it to Him all that concerns you...
Psalm 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you

Trust in HIm at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.
God always wants us to pour out our concerns, our burdens... our trouble... our fears... to Him... He loves us... He is a good GOd....He will guide us and lead us as a shepherd leads his sheep.. He loves us as a proud Father to His children... cast your cares to Him... for HE cares for you and is with you.... never to leave you nor forsake you...
