Romans 6:1-2
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
When we become believers of Christ... something very special happen.... He delivered us from a state to another state... from a state of alive to sin to a state of died to sin.... in other words we dun have to depend on our strength in terms of dealing with our weakness... we can acknowledge the truth of wat Jesus done for us and we will be empowered to live the overcoming life... usually most believers want to live a holy life so we have to know what Jesus has done to help us live that holy life.... start by knowing you have died to sin becos Jesus died for you and when you believe Him you are moved from one state to another....
Romans 6:4
Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
