You are God's child of promise

Galatians 4:28
Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise.

Wow! Priase the Lord... we are not children of the flesh but of promise.... Ismael was the child from Hagar and was a child of the flesh... Flesh represents man's effort doing God's job... Abraham was promised a child but he got impatient and he tried to receive God's promise by the flesh and slept with Hagar instead of waiting for the right time.... God calls u and I... children of the promise... Hallelujah...

As child of promise like Isaac.. you are entitled to the same blessing of Abraham like Isaac was entitled... So when you are generous to God... to His church... His people... you are sowing like Isaac is sowing...

Genesis 26:12-14
Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So Philistines envied him.

God wants you to know that He loves you and wants to bless you like He did for Isaac... the price for that blessing is paid by Jesus... He took your curse and my curse on the cross that we may receive the blessing of Abraham by believing in Jesus...

Don't react in the flesh like Abraham and try to receive your inheritance by the flesh (own strength)... God wants you to believe in Him and He will lead you to profit in His way....

However there will be persecution from fleshly people... what you need to do is be kind to them... Juz like Abraham was kind to greedy Lot and did not allow strife...

Galatians 4:29
But as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now.

There will be persecution... people who want you to go by own strength... rather then wait on God for deliverance... pressure to give birth to Ismael rather then wait for Isaac. Be kind to them... God will bless you even more like how He bless Abraham when Lot departed from him...
